... at your service – perhaps your computer doesn't like the  spelling any more than mine, it is slightly different I must admit.

Having been taught from an early age how to perform tasks traditionally accomplished by both genders and encouraged to throw my heart into every undertaking desired to be successful, aided immensely in the struggle for survival as a self-employed single woman in a male dominated foreign country.

That previous training has been instrumental, providing the motivation, flexibility and versatility that has played a major role throughout my life learning new skills, adapting and honing others; from laborer, to real estate apprentice, to independent mediator and property management, to becoming a State Licensed Real Estate Agent. The field has been vast, not only helping to find that special location, but often includes the design and oversight of the construction of the home of your dreams or transforming the existing structure to suit your needs and desires and at times create and produce original artwork as the finishing touch. It has been enjoyable to be of service offering interior design ideas and suggestions, staging houses for retail, performing title searches for clients, providing assistance for extensions or complete renewals of existing trusts, arranging land surveys and working with subdivisions and fusions. I've been privileged to serve as intermediary, convergent thinker and translator on various levels.

I learned other useful 'survival' skills as radio dispatcher for over six years, coordinating search and rescue operations both on the sea and in the desert; it was then that the real importance of learning Spanish became a matter of life and death. Later, I taught English at the local high school for a semester, became a licensed ultra-light pilot/instructor, achieved TEFL international certification with Business and Youth endorsements and whenever possible, IHaving Fun in the Rain Forest travel with the kids. We have covered the Baja and most of mainland Mexico by land, the Gulf of Mexico by Sea, the countries of Central America by land and sea, Italy via France by air and one end to the other by train, new horizons and the unknown have always intrigued me, indeed, it has been a very interesting life and I look forward with great anticipation at the next opportunity, the next challenge, the next project, the next success and all the life lessons that come along with it.

Whether it is a vacation or retirement home, a new state of the art eco-resort or spa, an eighteen hole golf course, a technological learning facility, a manufacturing plant complete with an adjoining daycare, whatever it is, I hope that you will be a part of it.
